After 20 years of being in the Aviation Industry, Mark James, owner of Redcliffe Flight Training has developed a membership program called ACCESS AIRSHARE.  Our facility located within 30 minutes of Brisbane CBD provides  affordability, not only do you want to be able to afford to learn to fly but once qualified you then want to be able to afford to hire the aircraft for either a scenic flight, a trip away and/or achieve command hours. The ACCESS AIRSHARE flying group is designed to make this a reality. If you are contemplating purchasing an aircraft, or looking into syndication the membership to ACCESS AIRSHARE is an option that gives you accessand affordability without the ongoing increasing costs. This is NOT  A SYNDICATE you do not need to take on the liability of owning a share or a aircraft.  In fact if we gave you one of our brand new Tecnam aircraft by the time you pay insurance, hangerage and fixed maintenance costs you would definitely be spending more then $77 an hour to run it. 

How does it work?

• The once-off membership fee enables the student/pilot to have the Tecnam Aircraft at aprox half our standard hire rate (only $77 hr solo, dual only $176) the savings are very significant.

• If for instance you fly 2 hrs a week on every year of your membership will save up to $34,000 versus hiring at our standard rate. In fact you only have to do 2 hours a month to break even on the cost of your membership versus hiring at our standard rate.

• Greatly reduced price on Commercial Flight training with gaining command hours at affordable price and of great assistance to your budget if extra hours needed during training.

•  No Additional costs and ongoing fees involved as in syndicates and private aircraft ownership. All fixed costs included in membership such as insurance, maintenance,  and  hangerage.

Membership Options

1. 6 Year Membership - $12,000 Inclusive of GST
2. 3 Year Membership - $8,800 Inclusive of GST

SPECIAL OFFER AVAILABLE FOR NEW STUDENTS -  If you join Access Airshare within first 6 hours of training , Redcliffe Flight Training will credit you the membership rate on those hours.

No application fees currently apply to memberships

Redcliffe Flight Training's related company, Aviation Operations, Compliance and Systems (AOCS 1-J91I3-02) conduct General Avaition pilot training and charter operations.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AIRSHARE MEMBERSHIP
Currently available on the following aircraft • Tecnam P92 RG 24- 4263 • Tecnam P92 Eaglet 24-7300 • Tecnam P92 Eaglet VH-DBJ (GA training & hire to PPL holders)
The number and type of aircraft available may vary over the term of the membership as determined by ACCESS AIRSHARE.
RATES OF HIRE FOR MEMBERS as of March 09
As a current member you receive the discounted hire rate of $77 per hour (vdo) for the term of the membership. Fuel costs are covered by the $77 per hour up to maximum consumption rate of 21 litres per hour) & at purchase price maximum of $1.80 litre (including gst) & fuel costs above this are to be covered by the hirer/member.
- All hire must be approved by owner/operator of Access Airshare & subject to check flights prior to hire. - The flight authorisation sheet must be signed on hire & return of the aircraft. - No cross hiring to non members is allowed. In the instance where non-member pilot wishes to fly with a member he must pay half the standard hire rate. All instructional flying can only be provided by ACCESS AIRSHARE.
Dual hire is available for all aircraft • The current dual hire rate for members $176 The instructor component of dual hire is subject to change without notice
MEMBERSHIP TERMS
From date this application is accepted, approved by owner/operator of ACCESS AIRSHARE and receipt issued for full payment of membership the member is entitled to the discounted hire rate until expiry of term. The membership is non-refundable or transferable. Renewal of membership after term will be subject to change (price and terms) and a new application must be submitted.
All aircraft hire is subject to availability, advance bookings preferred. Hire is not for commercial use by hirer/member. Any landing fees, airservices charges and fines are to be met by the hirer/member.
In the instance where the aircraft insurance company will not pay due to not adhering to rules, regulations or negligence by the hirer/member the hirer/member will accept the liability. All due care must be taken to avoid damage to aircraft including moving on ground/ into hanger etc and adequate securing whilst parked. (including tie downs ) Aircraft must be locked when unattended and member/hirer accepts responsibility for equipment within aircraft.
Hire is available for up to one week (annual basis) More frequent long term hire may be available at ACCESS AIRSHARE discretion.
The hirer and member must be a current member of RA-Aus to hire RA-Aus aircraft. Proof of RA-AUS membership to be submitted to ACCESS AIRSHARE.
The hirer/member must have a current qualifications (student or PPL) and copy current medical certificate must be submitted to ACCESS AIRSHARE for hire of GA aircraft.
Full history of aviation accidents or incidents, medical conditions and log of hours to be submitted to ACCESS AIRSHARE before membership will be approved.
All obligations, flight rules and regulations of RA-Aus and CASA and conditions of this membership agreement must be strictly adhered to. If this condition is not followed the membership may be cancelled without refund or notice by ACCESS AIRSHARE.
